You see the thing is, I had no intention of going out today much less out to buy groceries. Sleep has been an issue lately and I completely sabotaged any prospects of a decent night of rest last night because after staying up past 12am on the computer, I got back up around 1am puttering around the house until 2:00am. By then everyone in the house was sound asleep so I decided to go to my room and open up a few textbooks to catch up on my studies. Surprisingly, I got so much done. True silence comes at the hours of darkness. That’s when I concentrated most. So finally, sleep comes creeping up at around 3:00am and I wake up to the voice of my dad, at 10:30am, asking me to accompany him to the store to assist in purchasing our provisions. So, I go. And now I’m back on the computer. I think I’m going to go catch up on my sleep now. I can almost hear the humming of my bed luring me in. Good night.

Good luck on that. This time of year, sleep is a gone case. I think we all lack so much sleep. You should take a look on what people look like around the last week of school...wow...This is me assuming you attend a uni or a college.

Anyhow rest well.

Haha. I'll make note to look very closely at my classmates on the last week.
Unfortunately though, my “catching up” on my sleep didn’t work our as I had wished. The racket in the surroundings constantly disturbed my sleep. So, now I can only hope that this week will pass by very rapidly (InshaAllah).

Inshallah, I recall the best sleep I had in ages....it goes way back when...
I had lacked about 3 for days of sleep in a row, ultimately I had only a few hours total sleep within those days. I was like a zombie walkin at school and I could NOT stay awake. Ultimately this resulted in a headache like no other, so I decided to take tylanol and ended up taking by mistake tylanol3. wow. I was knocked out. slept around 15 hours straight with no disturbances, and if any...I had nooo idea they were occuring...

Ok so that was my story of the week...

Lucky you. Even though it was because of a pill, you still slept. Haha. I can already feel it. Tonight, I'll sleep about 5 hours. Max. Oh God. I just want this all to be over. The thing is i'm not even studying hardcore. I actually don't know where half of my time flys to. Never in my life have I been like this. Even last year. I was the most relaxed person ever. But then again, that was last year...

Hum. You know what, I'm not going to settle for 5 hours of sleep. I think i'm going to sleep right now. Sounds like a plan. =)
Tisbah 3ala khair.
Good night.

Alhamdoulillah. Yes I did. I just shut down the computer, brushed my teeth, and went to bed. It was as simple as that.

For sleep, one needs endless depths of blackness to sink into; daylight is too shallow, it will not cover one.

You people have messed up sleeping patterns :P.

I make a point of always going to bed around midnight. Regardless. Even if I can't sleep. You have to learn to stick with it. If you sleep whenever you feel it (ie. during the day) that totally screws your pattern.
